Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:
– Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks according to dealership standards
– Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
– Conduct automotive diagnostics to determine the cause of malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs
– Repair and replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and air conditioning systems
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
– Utilize schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations
– Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
– Test vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair recommendations

Experience:
– Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
– In-depth knowledge of automotive repair techniques and equipment
– Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus
– Strong diagnostic skills and ability to use diagnostic tools effectively
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear manner
– Experience working in a dealership environment is preferred
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
– Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus
